Establishing New Ground Rules for Friendship and Relationship with Self and Others

 

People treat us exactly how they see us treat ourselves. However you want to be treated, make sure you are treating yourself like that.

 

Clear boundaries establish what is acceptable to you and what is not.

 

People that disrespect you and your boundaries have the privilege to be anywhere that you are not.
